This Payment Methods Policy applies to purchases made at www.homelowcost.pt and defines the available payment methods, validation conditions and order processing rules.

At Home Low Cost, Customers may complete payment using the following methods:

6. MB WAY Payment
Payment must be confirmed in the MB WAY application within the indicated timeframe.
If not confirmed, the order may be automatically cancelled.
7. Card Payment (Credit / Debit)
Card payments are processed through secure and certified payment platforms.
Home Low Cost does not have access to the Customer’s full card details.
Additional bank authentication may be required (e.g., 3D Secure).
8. Bank Transfer Payment
The Customer must complete the transfer using the provided bank details.
Orders are only confirmed after payment verification.
Any associated bank fees are the Customer’s responsibility.
9. Klarna Payment
Klarna allows Customers to complete payment according to Klarna’s own conditions.
Payment approval depends exclusively on Klarna.
Home Low Cost does not interfere in approval or financing decisions.
