The present General Conditions of Contract and Use, apply to visitors of the website www.homelowcost.pt as well as any transactions of commercial nature carried out in the online shop Home Low Cost.
The navigation on the website, including any purchase of products of Home Low Cost, implies the acceptance of the present General Conditions of Contract and Use by the User and by the Client. Home Low Cost reserves the right to change these conditions of use and contract without notice, which will be published on the website www.homelowcost.pt.

Home Low Cost reserves the right to change at any moment the information or commercial offer presented on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services. 
We make every effort so the presented information is free of typographical errors and whenever it occurs, we will correct them as soon as possible.
The prices and specifications of the products are subject to alterations without notice.


4. Purchasing online
In order to purchase online on our website www.homelowcost.pt it is necessary to register as a Client, completing the form available online. After the registration, you only need to place on the virtual shopping cart any products you want to buy. You must follow every step of the purchase in order to complete it with success. 
When the purchase order is validated, it is assumed the Client is aware and accepts the General Conditions of Contract and Use of the website www.homelowcost.pt. The registered data by Home Low Cost represent proof of the transactions made between Home Low Cost and the Client. It is the responsability of Home Low Cost to archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalised and keep it available. 
As soon as you complete the purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. In case the data is incorrect, you must ask immediately for its alteration, or until the order is cancelled. 


5. Shipping charges
Shipments to mainland Portugal – 5.00€ (when the order is higher than 250€, the shipping is free)
Shipments to Madeira / Azores- 25.00€
Shipments to Spain – 7.00€ (when the order is higher than 250€, the shipping is free)
Shipments to other countries – on demand


6. Cancellations
Applicable in purchases completed in www.homelowcost.pt
The Client can cancel its order at any moment until the start of its production, with reimbursement rignt of any paid quantities.
The non-payment of the order within 5 (five) days after the purchase implies its automatic cancellation.


7. Returns
They must be subject to prior inspection by our technical/commercial service and will be attended to in order to guarantee the quality of the product. If you purchased an item at homelowcost.pt you have 14 days to return your order, if it is a non-personalized product. You can do so as long as the item is in the same condition as it was sold, with original packaging and accompanied by all accessories. To return the item, please contact customer support by email: info@homelowcost.com The Home Low Cost team will contact you within 48 hours.


8. Guarantee
Home Low Cost offers a warranty of 2 years after the invoice date and against manufacturing defects.
This warranty expires in case of defective installation, use in corrosive environments, exposure to fumes, chemicals or excessive humidity, incorrect handling or improper maintenance.
The thermal stability of the fabrics for interior is guaranteed in environments between 0º to 30º. In case of possible exposure to lower or higher temperatures, we advise a previous consultation.

9. Transport
Upon receipt of the order, if the packaging is damaged by the carrier, write to communicate what happened on the carrier's delivery note.
After receiving your order, you have 48 hours to inform us that everything is ok.
