If you find a better price, we do it 10% discount!
 
If you find the same product at a lower price in a competitor’s online shop, present us the price and we do it 10% discount that value, in the following conditions:
 

• The product must be at a lower price (shipping fees not included), with available stock in a competitor’s online shop. Only applicable for Portuguese and Spanish online shops.
• The product must be equal, in the same model, color and size, both in Home Low Cost and the competitor’s online shops.
• The policy of the minimum price guaranteed is only valid for the categories of Interior Blinds, Roller Shutters, Curtains and Curtain Tracks and Awnings.

Contact us and we will match that price. You must present us with a copy or print screen dated of the product’s page at a lower price in the competitor’s online shop.
 
The documents submitted by the client are subject to a verification by our team at Home Low Cost to confirm the prices of the competitor’s online shop.
 
It is excluded from the policy of the minimum price guaranteed of Home Low Cost:

• Products out of stock, products with additional discount codes, products that mention limited quantities, discontinued products, damaged products or possible typographical errors (products of a competitor’s online shop with communication of a corrected price).
• Products of competitor’s online shops outside of Portugal and Spain.
