⚠️ Thickness measurements are reference values and may have a tolerance of approximately 2 to 3 mm, which does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
4. Placing Online Orders
To place orders through www.homelowcost.pt, customer registration may be required.
Order validation implies that the Customer has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
The data recorded constitutes proof of transactions between Home Low Cost and the Customer.
After completing the purchase, the Customer will receive an automatic confirmation email.
If any data is incorrect, the Customer may request correction or cancellation (if production has not yet started).

Free for orders over €150
Madeira / Azores – €25.00
Spain – €7.50
Free for orders over €250

6. Cancellations
Applicable to purchases made at www.homelowcost.pt.
Orders may be cancelled until production begins.
⚠️ Once production has started, orders for personalized, custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled.
Failure to pay within 5 days will result in automatic order cancellation.
7. Returns
Returns must be previously approved by our technical/commercial department.
Customers have 14 days to return only non-personalized products.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable legal warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:

Shipments up to 2 meters are delivered via Skynet carrier.
Products over 2 meters are shipped via special transport.
⚠️ Special transport shipments may have longer delivery times than standard shipments.
After dispatch:
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 48 hours, depending on the location.
Upon delivery:
If packaging is damaged, it must be reported on the carrier delivery note.
After receiving the order, customers have 24 hours to report any issue.
